Joint Stock Company “Blagoveschensk Valves Plant” founded in 1756 is one of the main pipe-line valves manufacturers in Russia and CIS countries and unique for some kinds of products in Russian Federation.

The profile products of JSC “Blagoveschensk Valves Plant” are pipeline valves of carbon, low-alloy and stainless steel with nominal bore diameter 50…500 mm and working pressure 16…250 kgf/cm2; these are cast wedge gate valves of ЗКЛ2 type, safety spring valves of СППК type, swing check valves of КОП type, switching devices, blocks of safety valves with switching devices. Close collaboration between the specialists of the plant and Central Design Bureau of Valve - Manufacturing and participation in work of Scientific – Industrial Valve Manufacturers Association of CIS let the plant constantly modernize pipeline valves design and engineering procedures.

JSC “Blagoveschensk Valves Plant” is carrying out renovation and modernization of the mechanical equipment stock. The vacuum - moulding line, produced by the German company “Heinrich Wagner Sinto”, has been started and is successfully operated. The system STRATOCONCEPTION, produced by RP 21 company, France has been set for rapid prototyping and pattern equipment manufacturing. Besides, the multipurpose processing centers TREVISAN, Italy have been put into action for large-sized body work pieces machining. In 2007 Joint Stock Company “Blagoveschensk Valves Plant” bought and mounted the core shooter series L40(80) of Laempe company, Germany for core tooling with horizontal, vertical or combined parting, using the Coldbox technology.

The enterprise, giving guarantees for high production quality, pays special attention to security assurance at pipe-line valve operation. Quality Management System of JSC “Blagoveschensk Valves Plant” is certified in correspondence to International Standard ISO 9000, all manufactured products have Certificates of Conformity GOST R of GosStandard of Russia and ROSTEHNADZOR RF permit for equipment application. There is the accredited non - destructive inspection methods laboratory at the plant – License № 5454A410200 from 27.03.2006 given by JSC “SVARTEX”.
